Fear, hatred, and suspicion narrow your mind – compassion opens it

Fear hatred and suspicion all negatives that bring only more negatives into our lives.

When we fear or hate some thing or some one we close the doors and do not look beyond them were we will find the answers that we need to put aside the fear and hatred and turn it into understanding and love.

Suspicion can lead to these things and also will close our minds to so much in the world that if we let in will not only enrich our own lives but also the lives of those around us.

So when you feel hatred fear or suspicion entering your heart look beyond them to find the reasons for these negative feelings and turn them around and make them a positive in your life. Once you take the time to understand what you fear or are suspicious of find the deep reason for your hatred then you will be able to find how to change them for the better.
